We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe triple corner room and wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic hotel, the photos don't do it justice, the room was huge and had excellent spotlessly clean facilities and amenities. The highlight was the Reception staff, so kind and helpful, especially when our Japanese family arrived. They helped us take photos and order taxis etc. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good but we would have liked some pastries, but that's just our taste. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great value. Convenient location next to Kitahama station & opp 7-11 which has almost everything a tourist could want such as atm. Great modern clean bathroom with shower, bathtub & clothing line. Wonderful daily room cleaning service including change of complimemtary pj & slippers. This was lovely but for environmental consideration, some may appreciate option of less frequent replacement. Great shower water pressure. Personally, loved the firm mattress. Excellent quiet room which is considered 'spacious' for 3 adults by Japanese standard. There is luggage transfer service but note it takes 24hrs. Most places in Japan require google translate to facilitate communication, and this was no exception. However, a lady staff, with a good level of English on our day of check out, made taxi booking much easier. Great choice for mid range budget travellers.

Biggest room of the 4 hotels we booked across Tokyo Kyoto and Osaka. The staff allowed us to check in a little early which was so convenient since we left Kyoto as soon as we checked out. Not many food places around the hotel but there is a 7/11 across. Hotel was clean and wish I stayed in Osaka the longest because of it

Bare bones; no frills. A place to sleep. My room was dusty and has someone else’s hair in my bed. I just didn’t find my room to be up to the usual Japanese cleanliness I am used to. Breakfast had very limited options. Bed and pillows were ok. Area not great but close to a train station. Overall this is a good place for those who just want a place to sleep that is cheap. I would not go back.

Clean bright room, lots of space and a great bathroom. Helpful staff, good location. The reason for a 4 not a 5 is just the room layout - not sure why they've put the bed against the wall and added a huge desk? And the TV should surely be in front of the bed rather than to the side? Not huge problems though, and we'd happily stay there again.

The price for the quality of this hotel was fantastic. We spent significantly more on hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo and found this to be the best hotel of the three. The room was large (weird TV placement, but we didn't use it), and the bathroom was lovely.

Good hotel in a perfect location for our needs. Breakfast is basic but has a good price point and is decent quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, there are free water bottles in the lobby area. The hotel has washing machine & microwave ovens on 2 floors as well as ice machines. There is nothing to fault staying here.
