Location is great, just a short walk to Nankai-Namba station/Takashimaya. Room was spotless. Staff is super friendly and some of them also speak English. One thing that surprised me was the handling of my luggage - arrived in the morning, deposited my luggage at the hotel, went to Dotonbori for lunch, shop around, came back to check-in after 3pm and the staff told me they have moved my luggage into my room!

The Hotel is at very nice location, room is small and little congested. The breakfast buffet is decent not many options but it’s ok. Staff is nice and cooperative.

Clean room, a bit small but the bed can move sideways to allow entry from the other side. Conveniently close to Namba station, Kuromon market and Dotunburi. Namba station connects to the Red train line to Osaka station. If one is using Shinkansen, will need to take another train line to Shin-Osaka station.
