快適でした。

いいお部屋

とても快適で過ごしやすいお部屋でした。 8人で４部屋利用だったのでタッチパネルでのチェックインが少し面倒でしたが、それ以外はとてもいいお部屋だと思います。

cp不錯的住宿

空間很大,價格也不貴,圖跟現場差不多.隔音佳.樓下有超商.地鐵約五分鐘.斜對角的餃子館不錯吃

年末年始、とてもお世話になりました。 地下鉄やＪＲなどの交通はもちろん、駐車場も近くにたくさんあって便利でした。 宿自体もとても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただ、予約の際にもらった旅程番号だけではチェックインできませんでした。入り口にあった端末でやり取りして予約番号をもらって入れたのですが、事前にメールなどでもらえたらよかったな と思います。 また大阪に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

ユニバーサルスタジオジャパン旅行で宿泊

【改善点】予約してから滞在するまでに、チェックインの方法が不明だったので事前に電話で問い合わせしました。 前日にメールが送られてきましたが、それでも現地に到着するまで少し不安でした。 もう少し早めにわかりやすい説明が必要です。 現地でのチェックインの方法は、タブレットを使用して操作する無人対応のものでした。 予約番号を入力するのですが、肝心の予約番号の連絡が来てませんでした。タブレットの問い合わせボタンですぐにスタッフと電話繋がり、チェックイン出来ましたが、ホテル側と予約サイト側での情報がリンクしてないように思います。 予約サイトからのメールに、ホテル側が必要とする予約番号を乗せて下さい。 あとは、洗濯物を干すための簡易的なラックやタオル干しがあると助かります。 室内が乾燥するので、室内に洗濯物を干しましたが、カーテンレールに引っ掛けさせて頂きました。 【満足な点】 関西空港から旅行で来ました。 目的のユニバーサルスタジオジャパンにもすぐに電車で行ける距離でした。 駅からも近く、コンビニが近く、便利でした。 施設は新しくてキレイで快適に過ごせました。 ３泊したので、お風呂掃除や室内の清掃に使用できる掃除機や洗剤があったので自分で清掃できて良かったです。 また大阪に行くことがあれば利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。
使い切り粉洗剤２パックがありました。 ハンドソープ有。 ドライヤー有。
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが置いてました。
コンビニで買い物した物を置いたまま撮影してしまいました。 食器やカトラリー有。

地點不算太好找但店家會提前發詳細資訊並附上圖解及解說， 看完之後會清楚很多，有任何問題都幾乎能馬上得到幫忙，房間跟照片一樣！ 空間大、設施完善、可以說是應有盡有，樓下就有全家，離地鐵大國町站也不遠，算是蠻方便的，隔音效果不錯，晚上都睡的很好～整體來說很推薦❤️

出入り困難？

チェックイン、チェックアウトが上手く出来ない。 メールも行き方とかは送られてきたが、承認番号等の添付がない。 チェックインのパネルが上手く日本語にならない。 日本語選択してるのに途中で外国語に変わる。 滞在期間分のタオルや歯磨き粉が足りなかった。
