Staff were courteous and friendly. We instantly felt welcome. The cleanliness of the entire property was amazing. Close to transportation and lots of dining options. The room was quiet and comfortable for 2 people. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thabk you!

The hotel is a bit far from public transportation. The room was clean, but a bit tight because the twin beds are large, taking up so much space that we didn’t have much room to walk or place our suitcases. Free coffee and tea are available in the restaurant at all times which was appreciated. I only saw the breakfast buffet out one day and it was very small and unappealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest regret of choosing this hotel was that they have parking blocks directly outside the entrance that my daughter tripped over on our 1st night when it was dark and raining. This necessitated a trip to the hospital at a cost of ¥90,000 yen which we hope will be reimbursed by our insurance. The sprained ankle and crutches put a big strain on our 2 day visit to Expo 2025 and the remainder of our holiday. My daughter had a lot of pain and inconveniences trying to enjoy the remaining week of our trip on crutches. We have spent a fortune on taxis and luggage forwarding as I can’t manage her luggage and mine. Photo is of the parking block that should have a railing around it to prevent someone else suffering a similar fate.
Raised parking block in front of entrance with no railing around it is a tripping hazard.

Checking in was easy. Room was really spacious. Luggage from previous hotel was forwarded to this location and was ready when I checked in. They were also able to forward my luggage to my next hotel. Convenience stores are nearby. Short walk to different train stations

はじめて利用、噂どおりとてもキレイです。モダン英国スタイルのシンプルな部屋の作りは、意外と旅人には不便だったり（ハンガーや帽子かけ、傘かけなどが少ない）。近頃は、狭い部屋でも感心するほど機能的な他ホテル宿泊が続いていたので、なおさらそう感じたのかも。シンプルな一人旅なら、これで必要十分、ロビー横のミーティングスペースが使い勝手良し。

Das Zimmer ist wirklich nur für eine Person geeignet, es ist so schon kaum Platz für den Koffer. Der Einstieg ins Bad ist etwas scharfkantig und erhöht. Kühlschrank ist da, Kaffee und Tee gibt es im Gemeinschaftsraum in der Lobbyetage.
