The room was very spacious and clean and it was really nice to have a washing machine to take care of some laundry! Our host was very nice and responded quickly during our communications. Highly recommended!

Owner was kind and helpful. Property was ok with enough space for us, however there was no sunlight inside the apartment. Stairway was not clean and without sunlight. No elevator so was tough to carry 5 big suitcases to 3 floor. It was close to station and other shopping areas. Overall property is good for folks who dont care about sunlight or elevator.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and big. The outside stairwell looked a bit worn, but once we got to the room, everything in it was new. The room stays very dark, so it is easy to sleep. On the other hand, it doesn’t get a lot of natural light, so you may have to use the lights during the day. The refrigerator was the perfect size for our food - bigger than a hotel fridge, smaller than a house one. The neighborhood was quiet and we also would hear ambulances going by - it must be near a hospital. We all slept well. When we asked for more bedding so we could make up the couch too, they kindly delivered it to us in a timely manner. I would stay here again. Not too far to walk to the train station. There is also a a great pastry / bread place a few doors down - Pane Porcini. And some great restaurants in walking distance. Can also walk to the major shopping area.

Owner is very helpful and accurate with the check in and out. The hotel gave us easy instructions about the room and very accommodating. The place is well maintained. Very clean and safe. I highly recommended!

Good Stay with Bad Automated Emails

Large room for Japan, easily fit 3 people on 3 separate beds (including a couch bed). The location was good, near 2 different metro stations and walkable to Dontonbori and directly near some good restaurants. The main problem was the communication from the hotel parent company. They say their automated system will send message with door code etc 2 days prior to arrival and it actually was delivered about 4 hours after check in time started and 1 hour prior to our personal arrival. Having got several hotel emails from our multiple stays I didn’t double check this one explicitly and didn’t realize I hadn’t received it. This would have been extremely troublesome had we not been equipped with wifi to get our door code. Then they also sent me a checkout instructions email the day after we had already checked out. I double checked my dates and they were correct on the reservation, but their email system seems to be off. Make sure you get your information from this place ahead of your stay!
