The location was perfect! Right in Namba and not far at all from major shopping in Namba and Den Den town, walkable to Dotonbori and Nippombashi along with so many other notable sites and markets. Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was greaat. Service was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Exceeded expectations! Room was huge, even by US standards. Kitchenette, dining room table, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Hotel looked like it was recently remodeled and it was very well done. Staff were great. Appreciated the free drink tickets at the bar, and bartender was friendly and knowledgeable on Japanese whiskeys. Not only was this by far the best hotel in our 2 weeks in Japan, it was also the most affordable.

Everything was great except washroom ventilation and weird elevated bathtub. After a hot and powerful shower it felt like a tropical wet misty forest inside the washroom. Great location, super convenient to everything around here, shopping, food, transportation.

Centrally located, super kid friendly, walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori. Comfortable rooms, clean and bright . Staff service was exceptional. I lost my Credit card and requested staff to call the last known place I used it to find out if it dropped there. They were most helpful and found out for me that the card was being held there for my pick up. What would hv been a bad experience for losing my card , turned out to be most positive coz I found it. All thanks to the wonderful staff that went the extra mile to help. Kudos to the Citadines Namba Osaka Hotel team. 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel appears to be newly refurbished from a famous departmental store. Location is great with all facilities nearby, including subway being 10 mins walk (without luggage’s). Restaurants, cafes, convenience stores are plenty to choose from. Inside the hotel and room, everything is tidy and clean. Services are great. Furnitures are new and well kept. One suggestion is to replace the washable shower curtain each time for a new check-in party to prevent soap stink and smell.

Excellent in every aspect

Everything about staying here was excellent. Staff were across-the-board incredible, particularly the bartender, and I appreciated the hotel's sustainable considerations. Room was impeccable and larger than expected. Excellent shower for long days of walking Osaka. A relatively short walk to trains, but entirely manageable. Would absolutely stay here again.
