本町駅にあるのと、駅近なところが良かったです。できたてでキレイです。アメニティに記載がありませんでしたが、アメニティバーがあり、歯磨きセットもあります。 29階？までたくさん部屋がありますが、エレベーター3つは少なく感じました。電子レンジが無いのが残念でした。

洗面台の水の流れが悪く少し不安でした。シャワーやお手洗いの流れは問題はなく、お部屋も綺麗でスタッフの方も親切でした。ありがとうございました。

とてもキレイで気持ちよく泊まれました。朝のエレベーターラッシュは大変でした。特に低層階の人は何分待っても満員のエレベーターしか降りてこないで10分以上は待つことになっていました。せめて階段が使えたら低層階宿泊の方は救われそうですが、難しい事情があるのですかね。ロビーのトイレも複数あったら良いですけど、こちらも難しいのでしょうね。オープンすぐに宿泊したので、これからの運営の工夫に期待しています。

地下鉄中央線本町出口から徒歩2分、コンビニも近く飲食店も周りにたくさんあって重宝しました。お部屋もシンプルでキレイ。小さいながらバスタブもありました。ベットもぐっすり寝れる心地よいマットレスでした。次回来阪する際に宿泊したいです。

連泊利用した初日は冷蔵庫は動いてが、 2日目の夜部屋に戻った時に、冷蔵庫が冷えてなくて動いていなかった。よく確かめてみたら、後ろのコンセントが抜けていたので、残念でした。
