Staff were lovely but the place was not well maintained extremely uncomfortable pods and late check in making it hard for anyone arriving early. People didn’t stay quiet and kept their belongings in the hallways whilst leaving dirty plasters used toothbrushes laying around the common areas.

it’s nice just to experience a capsule hotel, but the stay is not as good, lot of foreigners who are not “polite” and making lots of nouses in the capsule area.

Ideal location and of good quality

Lockers available but small so may need to leave bigger suitcases in the luggage area This is is an ideal area one street away from Dotonbori

Location is right in the heart of Dotonbori and is a lot of fun. Hotel is super clean and run very well. Capsule sleeping area is quiet and people were respectful of the quiet areas. My only complaint is the temp in the capsule itself was a little warm. There is a fan inside each capsule but it was still a bit stuffy. But all in ask would totally stay there again. Completely worth the price paid

Best value for a stay in Osaka. Stayed 4 nights, and I had stayed 3 nights a year prior. Perfect location on Dotonbori. Highly cost effective and comfortable.

mattresses are worn out and flat, the room smells like socks, little flies in the shower. many of the workers were not Japanese so the work ethic and cultural feeling with service and hospitality was not there.

Overall, the employees clean pretty well particularly the bathrooms. However, the lockers smell horrible and so do the shoes they make you wear in the dorms. The bed sheets smell strange like they don’t use soap to wash them. There is 1 washer and dryer for all the men in the building to use. If you aren’t there 1 second after your load is done, they are gonna be sitting on the floor. Area is good, that’s it.

The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again for that long length of time again however. Too many coughing loud neighbors.

Central location Clean Room for suitcase The only bummer is that it's in a corridor shame so the toilets are far on the other side , so if uou just entered to take a leak and leave ... You have to walk all the way to the end
