Room was ok the location is great i checked in late because of delayed flight and i checked out of the room 11 am and they charged me 2000 yen i was one hour late of the ten am checking out policy.

We could not turn the AC on, I'm assuming because we visited in winter but it made the room uncomfortably hot. The TV could be updated, it's outdated and struggled to play our YouTube videos. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we've stayed in other APAs this one is on par with the others.

The hotel room was small which is typical of Japanese hotels. It was very clean and the staff was always replenishing supplies. The location was very convenient; walking distance to everything in the Dotonbori area. We would stay here again if we get back to Osaka.

Comfortable budget hotel. Amazing location. Rooms were a bit dry and hard on my throat but other than that it's fine for the money. Really you're paying for the location. I would probably stay here again.
