Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration.

We booked a suite and when we arrived we were put in a single Queen room. Was moved to a suite after complaining. The suite was a small dirty room with a hot tub. There was no hot water in the shower. The television reception was not working at all. Overall a very bad stay!

For the price of the room I can't complain about anything. Bring your own towel and close the bathroom door to dampen the plumbing noises and you're all set! The bed is comfy, heater/ac works and it had warm water for a shower. Annnnd a continental breakfast! If you just need a room to lay your head, the el-cheapo room will do nicely! If you're a bit of a Karen or bougie B then upgrade. The room served me well during an unforseen family emergency and I'd stay there again. Without hesitation. It was clean and safe and warm. That's all I needed. They went above and beyond by being kind and sympathetic to my situation at the desk. The guy was respectful, and professionally nice.

Everything was perfect in the most imperfect life we live in. I was surprised so many times by friendly respectable staff. The guests were very kind and the owners ....amazing! These listed are my reasons for 5 star. In this life there are a rare few who shine their light in the dark. This treasure of a gem packs kindness full. The hot water lasted a very long time. The heater worked fantastic, as did the AC when * got too hot. Thank you for a fantastic life experience!!! CharisaaG

The heater works great except the inside was pretty disgusting I think I even seen a few crusted fruit loops in there plus. could definitely use a little more of an update fixed the holes in the walls better beds for sure but besides that didn't try breakfast but it was affordable.

My wife and I were passing through town at 8pm and wasn’t expecting much. We just needed to lay our heads down and move on the next morning. The front desk lady was polite and nice. She gave us a downstairs room that wasn’t ready yet. Bed sheets and towels were on the floor. She upgraded us which was nice but that room wasn’t ready either :(. The third room was clean but neither remote worked. By now we just stayed in this room.
