This is a rare and unique location on the Lake with lofted views from a large outdoor deck and living area with outdoor kitchen. Combine the stunning sunset views with updated bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, the ability to relax and recharge is simple and natural.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A game room with 2 TV's and a pool table that can be converted to a ping pong table creates a fun atmosphere for the kids (or adults who want to be kids!)

A private Hot Tub is on the lower deck to relax and release stress all year round, but in the warmer months, the private dock with an included Lilly Pad and spot for your boat rental to be docked makes this vacation home an ideal spot to accommodate a vacation at the Lake.

Located just 2 miles down the lake from Margaritaville and many other great dock and eat options creates a unique vacation that this home can create. Boat during the day, relax on the deck as you grill dinner to eat either at the large dining table in the sunroom or on the patio itself. Then sit back, relax with your preferred drink and watch the sunset turn the lake oranges and reds and then listen to the night life sing you off to bed only to wake up the next morning, with coffee and another days adventure in front of you.

Home had one of the best views on the lake! It was a very easy commute to the property and has a restaurant with in walking distance that I recommend visiting. The home was clean and had everything one would need to have a great weekend away. We used the home for a friends getaway weekend and would love to return again someday. A Big Thank You to the host for being so accommodating!

The space in the house and the upper level deck were great for our large group!! We did have a few issues though. Water heater was not working properly resulting in many not very warm to cold showers. A drain in one of the showers wasn't draining and the hot tub was not useable. Be careful going down the stairs to the dock.

Serves as great small wedding venue

The property provided an excellent location and views for our outside deck wedding. There are plenty of rooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, and ample table space and seating for large groups. The sunroom served as a great place for card games and meals. Overall, this property is exactly what we needed for our family weekend. Suggestions: Bring your own shampoo and soap as those were not provided. You may wish to bring additional toilet paper as the supply was limited. If you plan to use the outside deck area in the fall you might need to spend a few hours removing leaves and acorns and cleaning the table and countertops. Great property for a small weeding or large family gathering.

Fall Retreat

I hosted a women's retreat at the property and it was a great location in a quite area and gorgeous views of the sunset. The bedrooms were not all equally as cozy, so assigning rooms was a challenge, but that criticism is likely specific to my group's needs. The patio spaces were wonderful.

Great location

Owner was prompt and helpful w/communication. Gorgeous sunsets at night. We most enjoyed the dining sunroom area to play games together as well as the outdoor deck where we spent hours making memories together
