The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. Our original room had a terrible smell and the door had a secret way of opening it. A staff member had to show us a “trick” to open the door. The front desk employees are very kind and got us a new room hassle free.

The property seemed run down and somewhat neglected. The carpet in the guest floor hall was hazardous. We were generally disappointed with the condition of the property. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Room was not very clean. Hidden fees per day that put a hold on my card. Room was hot and the air conditioner seemed to have an auto shutoff in the middle of the night. 3 coffee pods for a 3 day stay and no refills.

For what we paid this hotel is a 3 star hotel. Ceiling tiles are looking like they were going to fall in. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was out of date and needed some TLC.

This place needs a major UPGRADE!!! Stayed in a 4th floor room that felt like it was in the 70s. The bathroom was so small!! The tub felt like you were going to step through it. Also mold on the chalk around the tub and the stool waa loses. My wife and were totally disappointed with our room. Probably never stay there again!!

Pretty view, shower was okay but not roomy, staff was great, and the beds were okay. The carpet in the halls are in horrible shape. The place is run down and needs some tlc. Not like what I remeber as a teen. Hopefully someone will get it back in shape

I stayed two nights in two different rooms. First was in atrium building and it wasn’t bad at all, just outdated. However second night was in the main building. There was mold growing on the ceilings in the room which I took photos of, the bathroom sink vanity light didn’t work. room 6333. Also it had a walk in closet that had a door that opened up to the hallway. Upon opening it I had to shut it 3 times to make sure it stayed shut so no one could get in. Very disappointed and would like a refund for second night honestly.

The entire layout was just beautiful ! Biggest hottub i have ever seen and the water was actually hot! Even had areas to fish ! Altogether it was good experience. Definitely booking again soon !

Room phone, WIFI, didn’t work. Multi hour late night dog barking, condition of room was in disrepair. Room had no refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast staff at restaurant was excellent and John from Engineering did repair our wardrobe doors.

Great value and plenty of on site options. Dining in the restaurant: food was great, time for food delivered to our table was awful. It took forever but the food was good. Same with ordering food poolside. It took a very long time to get our food. All staff on property was fantastic and an overall good stay.

Nice Older Resort

Very friendly staff. This would be a great place to film a movie from the 80s. Nice and clean, just dated a bit. Definitely need to upgrade the WiFi. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
