We don’t have enough good things to say about this property! It’s an absolute treat — stunning grounds, a great and well-equipped kitchen, excellent bedrooms and common areas. The views are incredible and Paola and Adam are wonderful hosts who are so kind, generous, and quick to help.

Stunning Holiday Home with Breathtaking Views – A Magical Stay in UmbriaWe were a group of seven and had an unforgettable week at this beautiful property. The house is spacious, stylish, and very well-equipped. The kitchen was a true highlight – incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed (and more!) to cook and enjoy meals together. It’s clearly designed for guests who love cooking.The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, with excellent mattresses that made sleeping a dream. The multi-level garden is absolutely magical: fruit trees, herbs, olive groves, wide open spaces, and plenty of peaceful spots to relax or dine outdoors. The view of Orvieto is simply breathtaking – unforgettable at any time of day. The large pool was perfect for swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the Umbrian sun.Check-in was smooth and totally hassle-free – we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Adam, Paola, and Chris made us feel at home immediately and were always available with great local recommendations and help when needed. Their kindness truly enhanced our stay.We also adored the friendly cats wandering the property – they made everything feel even more magical and homely.This isn’t just a place to stay – it’s a place to slow down, connect, and recharge. We’re already planning our return!
