Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website would be. In fact this is the main reason we chose this particular accommodation as it indicated parking was provided. We would not recommend this accommodation based on the above issues. On a positive note, the owner’s father lives in site and he was most gracious and tried to help us with the inadequacies that we reported.
