The architect designed, contemporary villa is set in one hectare of private, gated land with olive trees. Overlooks the Adriatic sea and the entire length of the south coast of Abruzzo. The house is composed of one main building (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room) and an annexed house (we call it "the cube") with two fully equipped and independent suites.
The best beaches can be accessed very easily either walking (beach right below, 10min) or driving.
