Bright apartment facing the sea, in a privileged location in Oropesa del Mar: between the beaches of La Concha (5 m) and the coves (7 m). In front of the building there is also a pleasant and quiet Paseo Marítimo.
The 90 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Living room with panoramic views of Playa de la Concha.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen.
- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm.
- Third bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm.
- 1 main bathroom equipped with a practical shower.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwashing tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).
