Access to Orono Land Trust with over 180 acres of trails, easy walk to downtown Orono and 1.5 miles to the University of Maine campus.

There are excellent restaurants nearby in both Orono and Bangor.There are several beautiful places to hike within about an hour - Hirundo, along Stillwater River, Camden at the State Park.If you are an outdoorsy type, this is a great locale
