Cozy home only 5 minutes from town. Home is less than one minute from the river and only 17 minutes from Dworshak Dam. Convenient for any outdoorsman attraction such as fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, rafting, floating and more. Home sits on 1.3 acres so plenty of room for your pets to run or even park your boat, camper and trailer. Did I mention there is an attached 2 car garage? Back yard is currently being upgraded to bring you a fire pit and outdoor sitting area. If you need anything specific for your special stay, please don’t hesitate to ask.
