NEED A STRESS-FREE GET AWAY? RELAX AT THE BEACH OR POOL AT OUR SUPER CLEAN DIRECT OCEANFRONT STUDIO!
Efficiency studio with all amenities.
Maximum of 3 people in this unit. Renter must be atleast 23 years old per Condo Association Rules. No roads to cross! Located on the beach! This is a 2nd floor studio with private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Located directly on the beach, brand new queen size Murphy bed, which has a memory gel mattress. Futon opens up to a full size bed. Use it as a comfy couch with the ottoman, or slide the ottoman under for extra room. Or put it flat to make a full size bed. On site parking, WIFI, cable TV, and phone service included. Small pool on property. Pets are NOT allowed.NO SMOKING in the units. Kitchen has just been remodeled.

This unit has direct beach front views and is 389 sq ft. The building has wooden steps to the beach directly in front of this unit. Whether you look left, right, or straight ahead the ocean is what you see. Don’t be fooled by misleading ads. There is a limited number of units in the building (12) that have balconies that directly face the ocean, and this is one of them! Don’t be disappointed, If comparing listings, always ask if the unit is DIRECT VIEW OCEANFRONT. Why look at the ocean from a side balcony, when you can rent the real thing! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, and a beach umbrella are included in unit for your exclusive use. 10x10 canopy available upon request(stored off property). In addition to cable tv, Netflix, Prime channels, and Pandora available. We intend to maintain or surpass the high standards of the previous owners, and provide the best rental experience possible!
We don’t utilize a property management company. We want your experience to be personal and perfect, so we are directly involved in all aspects of our rental property. We utilize a local housekeeping company and utilize a HomeWatch firm if any problems occur. Excessive noise monitoring system (measures decibels not conversations). On -site security. Property mgr has security camera at entrance to parking lot, and at pool area.
I will define total rental requirement in my first response to any inquiries. Event rates may apply during 'raceweek' and 'bikeweek.' Please contact me for any possible modified 'event' week dates you would like, either longer or shorter. Bikeweek requires minimum of 4 nites. Discounts available for monthly stays.

The host were very thoughtful and make sure if you forgot anything they probably already have it there for you. They think of everything. They are also available for any problems and very understanding. The staff on site were also very friendly. We enjoyed staying here. It was more private than the other nearby beaches.

The amenities were fantastic. It was especially nice to have some snacks ready for our arrival after cancellations and delays. Left our house 3pm. Arrived 6am the next day. Everything was clean and the view out the balcony was perfect. He was very responsive to each of our requests.

Let me start by saying this place exceeded expectations. It smelled clean and they had the Alexa playing music to welcome you when you come in the door. You can definitely tell they have their guests in mind and they care. Water was in the fridge, little bag of snacks, some toilet trees in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. Heck they even offered aromatherapy pods for a relaxing shower. They are responsive and communicate and reply quick. I would definitely recommend this little spot and would stay here again. Wonderful Hosts ! Can’t thank you enough!

James and Sonya are fantastic. This is the cleanest condo with a great view of the ocean. Hosts are very easy to contact and take care of you the entire time. We highly recommend this property. Great stay!

We needed a little relaxation after 8 days at Walt Disney World. Great little unit, extremely clean and had everything you would need. Close to good restaurants as well. The unit faced the ocean and the beach was literally right outside. Great communication with the host as well. Zero problems and a wonderful way to unwind after Disney!

This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!

Perfect Getaway

A Little Slice of Heaven

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. We have talked about making this at least a yearly (if not more) trip. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

A favorite beach weekend spot for us!

We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. The hosts are always so sweet and go above and beyond, and you can really feel their passion to make sure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️

Ormond Beach Oceanfront Studio

My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our stay at Symphony was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! It is obvious that the owners try very hard to please their guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Small Space/Big View

This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place.

Running out of superlatives

This was our seventh stay at this adorable little apartment with the magnificent view. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. Because in Florida in January, you never know.
