Enjoy the air-conditioned spacious enclosed front porch or the covered outdoor back patio. The recently renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as a wine refrigerator. Relax in the living room which includes a cozy sofa bed or the family room with sectional sofa and big screen TV. 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL. The two bedrooms both have king beds and the master includes a private full bath. There are two memory foam mattress pads available if you need additional sleeping space. If you enjoy it, there is also a private outdoor shower, in addition to the second full bath. Home is fully furnished including linens, bath towels, and beach chairs...just like being at home. You'll find everything you need in this well-appointed updated home. Bicentennial Park is just three blocks away featuring tennis courts, newly constructed pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and a dog park. An ice cream parlor is just a short walk away! Safety features include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Dogs considered with approval
