The upper level features three bedrooms including 1 king, 1 with a queen bed and the third with two single beds and the second full bathroom. Enjoy the grassy yard, patio with gas grill and fully enclosed outdoor shower.
Quiet neighborhood convenient to Mid-Cape Highway, just over 1 mile to downtown Orleans for shopping, great restaurants, art galleries and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Nauset Beach is just than four miles away and Nickerson State Park is 3 miles away.
