The resort is very nice and we were able to get it for a good price. But it is poorly managed.Communication is terrible. After you sign up for VRBO, they make you sign up for another service called Koala to speak to the owners. I thought the point of VRBO was to allow me to directly DM the owner. I had a question which I DMed through VRBO. The response was "ask the owner". I thought I just did. Also, Koala isn't the owner either, its a reservation management company for the resort. Basically 3 layers of communication to find out it's just a hotel listed on VRBO.When you get to check-in, there are 20 people standing around (your "personal concierge" who hands you a book of advertisements), but only 1 or 2 people actually checking guests in. I waited in line for 10 minutes while they stood around doing nothing and talking to each other.My family went to dinner at the Bar and Grill but were turned away from the empty restaurant because someone had called in a reservation for 35 people and booked the whole place. We had to order food from the Bar at the next building over.Parking is a pain. They apparently require an app for parking, and they will not bill it to your hotel stay. The app requires a phone number, so if you want to park you have to give your phone number and email to some shady parking app I have never heard of, all so the hotel can make money selling my data.So yeah, the hotel is clean and looks nice, but the management is terrible.

This resort has been around a long time and they definitely cater to the “Owners.” It’s almost like you don’t belong or don’t have the same access. They have hidden parking fee’s that they will waive if you sit down for an hour and a half to be sold on a timeshare which is pressured to you during check-in. Other than that the place is great. There is an amazing lazy river next to the “Owners” towers 5&6. It’s about a 3/4 mile walk from where they stick the non owners. Best thing about it is, it’s about 10 minutes from anywhere you wanna go…any Disneyworld park or up into Kissimmee to get some grub or to go shopping at Disney Springs. 5 Stars if they weren’t so snooty. Cheers
