The carpets were especially filthy. There were ants and cockroaches all over the place. Fixtures were dirty. The thermostat was locked at 72 degrees. It was less expensive than other properties nearby.

Let me start off by saying that I was confused and thought I was booking the same location I have stayed at previously. This was not the place I thought it was. The condo was ok. It is in DESPERATE need of updating. What stood out to me was the rust on the side of the fridge, the extremely old, uncomfortable and noisy mattresses and the bedding that looks and feels like it was pulled out of grandmas linen closet. Everything felt old and

upon arrival the apartment there was A LOT of humidity - water dripping off the windows and a smell of musty. The contact person came over the next day and fixed the issue. Because of humidity there was the start of mould on the window casings. Asked prior to dates about towels and were told they would be included. No facecloths, dish cloths or dish towels only a sponge and paper towel. The apartment itself was clean and if going to Disney it was very close. however, the attractions we wanted to visit were at least 30 minutes drive. The club house and pool were very nice and lots of stuff to do on site.

apartamento cheirando muito mofo, tivemos que comprar produtos para tirar o cheiro, camas velhas e péssimas condições, apartamento velho, não estava em boas condições, e o corretor (Ivor) no inicio informou o endereço errado e nos atendeu muito mal pela nossas reclamações, no anuncio do Hoteis.com era de uma casa com piscina e nos foi dado um apartamento.
