This property was great for us. Close to the parks so we were able to come back in the afternoons, use the pool, get some rest, and go back to the Parks at night. My only regret was not getting the pool heated. The temps were in the 90s during the day but the water was still cold.

My family and I have stayed at this property on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The owners are excellent to work with and the property is always clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the parks is key to ending a busy day without having a far distance to travel. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had a very disappointing experience. The property had visible mold, bugs inside, and dirty sheets upon arrival — basic cleanliness standards were not met. We reported the issues immediately and provided time-stamped photos, but the response was minimal (a quick sweep of one corner) and the core problems were never addressed. Communication stopped until we escalated through VRBO. If you’re expecting a clean and properly maintained place, I would strongly reconsider.

We couldn’t have been happier with this home—it’s absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! From cribs and strollers to pool toys and beach towels, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The welcome binder was a wonderful touch, offering great restaurant recommendations and helpful information about the area, which made planning our days so easy. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Close to Disney and local restaurants. Located in a nice neighborhood close to a conveniently located Walmart. The house was clean. Some of the linens need replacing- they are simply worn out. Washer and dryer were convenient.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we had a few hiccups but owner was very efficient with getting it taken care of. Highly recommend staying here. Close to parks and everything we wanted to do. Heated pool and hot tub was worth the extra since we had a few cold nights.

The interior of the villa is great. It has everything you could possibly need and some. We had a problem with the AC which was dealt with very promptly even though it was a Sunday. The only disappointment was the outside area which needs a deep clean, I had to scrub the table before we could even consider using it. But this was a minor thing that should not deter anyone from renting.

A beautiful villa with a fantastic pool. We loved the layout and the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfy! Aircon temp was great- we always felt comfortable. Over all had a great stay at the villa. We did lose power one morning from 3am to 6am it appeared that the neighbor lost power too. kitchen had all the appliances needed to cook and prepare food,tidy and well kept. Perfect location for visiting Disney. I will say if you are visiting Universal parks (as we did) consider closer or staying east of I-4 because the traffic is INSANE I believe it has to do with the close proximity to the Disney parks. This doesn’t reflect how much of a gem this place is. Would recommend to a friend.

Maybe because I'm a little what some people would call " extra ". But, I call it cleanliness. That being said, the place is really in need of TLC. Starting with the horrible mattresses, ( when 8 & 12 yr old complain about the beds) you know it's serious. Then some of the furniture and bedding is worn( lm talking about old and dingy. The place should be deep clean every 6 moths which should include the blinds, fixtures and A/C vents. Now, the pool area , which the kids loved, needs to power washed( that area is on the dingy side as well. The things I have mentioned may not be of any concerns for other people. But, for me a janitorial business owner and a person who "really" like things clean, it was a ok place.

Absolutely wonderful

Pulling up, we knew we made the right choice. The house was absolutely beautiful on the outside and the inside. It was so clean and pretty. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved the game room. the neighborhood was lovely. We will definitely be back- highly recommend!l!!
