I chose this rental because it had many great reviews and a 9.5 rating,I booked this stay hoping to be comfortable while traveling with my husband and daughter, but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. I’m sharing honest feedback to help future travelers and hopefully help the owner improve the condo.The biggest issue was the beds. The master bed was VERY uncomfortable you can feel the springs and see a dent in the mattress, which makes it clear it’s quite old.it was hard to rest,we actually decided to leave a night early even though we had already paid because we didn’t want to stay another night.The guest room bed sheets did not feel clean, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the sofa is old and peeling.Overall,much of the furniture and linens feel very worn and in need of updating.The towels looked very used thankfully I brought my own.The AC also wasn’t cold enough for comfort.It was set to 72 and we were told it couldn’t go below71. and the overall place didn’t feel as clean as expected. Small details also stood out:the toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and basic supplies all felt very low quality. Considering the price and the high rating, we expect at least decent essentials.After traveling, you hope to arrive somewhere cozy and relaxing, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. On a positive note, the location is great Publix and Ana very responsive.we left feeling disappointed and ended up leaving a night early losing money in the process.my feedback is to help.
