Home was very clean. Pool was a little small but perfect for a quick cool off. Staff was amazing. I met a man by the name of Darrel and he was fantastic. The resort was really close to everything which made it nice. I highly recommend this place for families of all sizes. The themed bunk room was a huge hit with the kids!

We booked a 9 bedroom house with a theater and everyone had a blast! Waterpark was decent with one slide closed the entire time, lazy river was basic and the only complaint was the waterpark water was really warm. It felt like hot bath water and in the heat it didnā€™t cool you off much, especially with how hot the floor was. Still had fun! Bar food was good depending on what you ordered, $11 for tenders and fries. Chicken nachos were delicious! They ran about $20 with tax and we got it several times since it was so good. Drink were surprisingly well priced as well and they had an unlimited soda refill cup for $14. The big disappointment was the kitchen. There were tons of ants on the counter no matter how many times you cleaned it. Brought the issue to the staff and managers attention who said they couldnā€™t spray until we left and to contact them after we checked out. I did that and they tried to say the issue was solved which was a lie. Other than that the house itself was great and we all had a blast, just couldnā€™t use the counters to eat. Overall the family had a great time and if you can get a clean room you should have a blast. We will try another place before coming back due to customer service trying to hide the ant problem. High score on the basketball game for 4 rounds was 409 good luck!

I enjoyed my stay at the Villas with Villatel Orlando. I was greeted upon arrival at the gate, and felt secure having security on-site 24/7. The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with the necessities. Having a private pool was a perk that we appreciated since the resort pool closes at 8 pm. Amenities were great, including a pool, a lazy river, water slides, a gym, a playground, and a pickleball area. There were many lounge chairs by the pool, including spaces that could be reserved. Two things could be improved. The pamphlet provided by Villatel, advertises a pre-paid play card to Dezerland. However, when I called customer service, I was informed that they no longer honored that perk, as they no longer have that agreement with the establishment. Also, there is a housekeeping fee that is not transparent for services during your stay. I learned of this when I called to reserve a mid-stay housekeeping service, and I was informed that there would be an associated cost. I was under the impression that this cost was included in the fees paid that referenced housekeeping for the stay; however, I was informed that those fees cover cleaning after the stay.

Great space for the entire family, but it took 2 days for the house to cool down from the Florida heat, the sink water in the bathrooms never got hot or even warm, the living room ceiling fan didn't work, there was no dish rack or kitchen towel for hand washed dishes, and no window blinds or anything for privacy in the master bath window.
