There was a dangerous issue with the property that management refused to do anything about. When we made a call we would be promised a call back, but never received such. When calling again the call would be ignored. When calling from a different number the cycle would start again. The property is well located and otherwise good. But management need to keep guests safe and fix dangerous things for me to be willing to give any recommendation other than to stay away.

Condo in Kissimee

The 3 BR Condo was great with lots of room. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and the TVs worked great The outdoor patio is expansive with a lot of seating. . The Main BR Samsung Remote was missing, so we had to change channels manually. All the other TVs had the correct remote. The things that were not so good is the fans in all the bathrooms come on with the light. The main BR fan is quite loud. The other issue is that we could not get the water temperature to change in the Main and 2nd Bath showers. We tried everything, but only very hot water came out.

Lots of space. very clean and would definitely visit again. The only issue would be the additional cost to use the amenities, thought if should be included with the processing fee. Overall great vacation home.

Very disappointed to arrive there and know that I have to pay an extra to use the barbecue, the community pool, etc Every amenities was not included in the price that I have payed to stay there, even if the photos shows all of them.

Its OK, But.....

Well where to start...experience was great outside a few major ones for us as a family. Not noted a $35 for propane fee to hook up the grille. So if you plan to grille ask way in advance before you buy your burgers and hotdogs and turn the grille with zilch feeding into it. Also the fee per day for the pool i think is truly unfair especially for what your paying upfront. It should be part of it. Last thing was the comforter in my sons room. We called 3 times for them to replace the comforter because it had awful stains on them....the kind you cringe at. 2 nights of a filler blanket for him til they actually replaced it. But location is great after a long day at the parks! And the place is cozy home feeling! Would have loved a pool or somthing but dead grass located in each community grounds of each complex. Either way. Next time we will opt a bit farther for the comfort of a pool in the bachayard for the same price Fyi: no gate code is provided lol til you call for the tenth time on the intercom system. Do yourself a favor and call when you arrive the customer line and get the gate code!

This place is perfect for a Disney Vacation! It's very spacious and convenient to all the shopping, restaurants, and Disney resorts. It has everything you need from home, and I like the daily trash pickup at the front door. The pool and tennis court are nice. The only thing is that the shower doors are not long enough to prevent the water from coming out of the shower, and we have to clean the water front the floor everytime after shower.

Home away from home and close to Disney theme parks. I've stayed at Margaritaville just down the road and these units are constructed better. The walls are not paper thin and we could not hear our neighbors at all.

Such a late review - so sorry! Absolutely amazing stay again! We’ve found out Orlando “home” - quiet, safe, & clean! Love that this property has 24 hour security! I’ve been letting my friends know to book here and let them know how close it is to everything in the area! We stayed here in October and for my husband’s birthday and came back again in November - this place was so good!

Absolutely phenomenal. This is as close as you get to Disney - literally 5-6 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, & all other Disney parks. Close enough to 192 but not on it. Publix, Wawa, Tijuana Flats close by. Gated community that’s safe and has security. Wi-fi is strong for those that need to do some meetings or work. Loved my stay! We’ve stayed on prem for all the Disney resorts & this is the first time we’ve stayed off prem & this was just as clean and lovely as staying at resort with the added bonus of being quiet! Property management was attentive and super quick to answer any questions - amazing customer service- will definitely stay again!
