The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight. When I called them about parking all I pretty much got was the run around and finally for him to pretty much say oh well figure it out on your own. Can’t say it’s guaranteed parking if it’s really not. I didn’t like that communication was not up to par, after checking in and driving to the house, I got an email that they changed our room which I was ok with but what I wasn’t ok with was the amount of time it took for them to send me the right code to the room. I got about 4 different codes that did not work and was told to call support. The people we shared the space with were loud and dirty. They left garbage all over the floor and they pissed all over the toilet and floors, also left dirty sanitary napkins on top of the toilet until I brought it to their attention. We barely were in the house but I would’ve liked to have had a heads up that nothing is private besides the room. If it would’ve had a private bathroom I wouldn’t have mind staying there but it was a bit uncomfortable

If you enjoy your vacation with a older lady with a daughter telling you what to do and how to act in the house, then this place is for you. The hot tub at the house does not work. There's limited toilet paper so bring your own toiletries. And the bedroom I stayed in did not have sheets on the bed. Must read all the rules before staying at this house. The clubhouse water park is not included in your stay. That is an additional fee$

Pool was "Freezing" and the hot tub "was not hot". It was colder than the pool. Old lady and her daughter live in the house. The old lady try to micromanage everybody. She is not the owner but thinks she is and has authority over everything. Nice house. Just bad rules.Too strict for young people. House is suited for older people in their '60s.. Also, the Clubhouse Water Park has a separate fee$$.

The place overall is very nice and clean. What they do not tell you is that there is someone living there and she is like the police of the house. I was told quiet hours were from 10pm-7am she was saying no it starts at 9. It is 30$ a day for the hot tub to be hot and only one person pays and the rest of the house gets to use it i do not think that its fair. I got a noise complaint because of my daughter I was the only one with a child I thought it was kid friendly. Not very good at communication. Very restricted and stric I felt I was not able to use the house because of the lady that was living there. I was getting blamed for what other guest was doing.
