My experience at the Unno Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing, and future customers deserve an honest description of what this establishment truly is. This is a motel—nothing close to a hotel. The only reason “boutique” appears in the name seems to be because the building is shared with a pizzeria and a hair salon. To begin with, they lost my reservation, which was already unacceptable. But the service and conditions only got worse from there. The room had a foul, indescribable smell—nothing like any space that is supposedly cleaned on a routine basis. There were no blankets provided, and I had to sleep with just sheets. I’ve never heard of a “hotel” where guests are expected to bring their own towels, washcloths, and blankets. Additionally, the bathtub had a concerning ring around it that appeared unhygienic and could potentially cause issues like ringworm or toenail fungus. Overall, this was one of the poorest lodging experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise future guests to proceed with caution.

English: Horrible experience. This is a motel, not a hotel! The place was filthy, it smelled terrible, there were hairs on the bed, and even cockroaches. It was extremely loud, with people knocking on the door. I couldn’t even stay the two nights I had booked because it was so disgusting. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. I never leave reviews, but this place was absolutely horrible. Spanish: Horrible experiencia. Esto es un motel, no un hotel. El lugar estaba muy sucio, apestaba, había pelos en la cama y hasta cucarachas. Muchísimo ruido y gente tocando la puerta. No pude quedarme las dos noches que tenía reservadas por lo horrible que fue. Si estás pensando en hospedarte aquí, no lo hagas. Nunca dejo reseñas, pero este lugar es realmente horrible.

I have never stayed in a hotel in this condition before. The whole place looked run down and was filthy. It seems like a hotel where people that are in between housing stay, some long term renters. Our room was dirty, the metal fixtures were all oxidized so nowhere safe to place our clothes. No hangers were provided. The whole room smelled of mildew. The room next to us was under construction so we had to put up with the noise starting at 10am. I could go on….

The room smelled mildewed and the bed had no blanket or comforter on it. It is a cold night with only a thin sheet on the bed.plus it seemed very unsafe. Office door was locked and I had to talk through the glass door to office workers. While I was standing there checking in, an ambulance raced from the property indicated that an incident had just happened on the property. It was just not good

We arrived late. We did call prior to ensure our room was still available. When we went to the key location as instructed, no key and no matching room number on the key. Had to call the person again. Room was terrible. No blanket, only a sheet on the bed. Bugs, no light in the bathroom, overall not a good experience. Dani was nice...but facilitiws were bad.
