Not clean at all and lack of communication from staff, room had roaches and mice and had to stay and no response from anyone about it even though i told the staff about it, didnt even suggest getting another room of refund

It would be nice if you actually had real comforters and not blankets that looked and felt like moving blankets. The bathroom door has water damage and needs to be replaced, the sink has a crack in it. At night, people are loud and talk on the phone outside the room. Music was blaring until midnight/1am. You can hear police & ambulance vehicles with their sirens going off along with all the traffic noise. I get it’s by the highway, but put some better windows. Don’t let me forget the curtains too on the window. There are small holes in the bathroom wall too like there was a cabinet on the wall It was the cheapest curtains I have ever seen. I get that this was cheap hotel but it can still look nice and can still be quiet at night.

The check in process was ok - we had a late arrival and worked it out - the room did not match the advertisement, the door did not lock, the heater did not work, there were no blankets on the bed. We ended up checking out early.

POOR - DON'T BOTHER! Old, worn out motel. Found a roach this morning (1 overnight stay). No microwave yet advertised. Broken areas; dresser, fridge, desk chair, shower leaked -only warmish water. Very noise heating system, peeling paint, dirty windows etc. $25. security deposit required. Waiting for credit. Had to ask for a blanket - only one sheet provided. Lobby attendant Angela had limited English. Lobby opens at 10:00 a.m. Room stay must be prepaid with no option to cancel. Have stayed in many "budget" rooms but this by far was the WORST!

Room was very disgusting and unorganized I had no blankets to sleep in and I ended up leaving the same night I got there I recommend never staying at this hotel again.

First when I was checking in, they gave me a hard time about my dog. When I made reservations. It stated that it was a pet friendly hotel. The property is a little dirty, some roaches, room was clean, but the bath tub was full of mold. Will not be staying there again.
