We loved this hotel! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The oil was great as well The cafe opened at 6:00 and unfortunately the service was very slow both morning we went there. I got there at 6:15 and there were only 4 people ahead of me and it took 2o minutes to get 2 regular coffees.

The night I arrived at the hotel (JUNE 6, 2025), apparent engineering issues forced them to transfer me to the Dockside Hotel. I don't understand why I wasn’t notified by email or phone call; even though I had called the hotel that day, there was no record of my call. This completely spoiled the birthday surprise for my husband. I expected so much more from them—sometimes a simple 'I'm sorry' isn’t nearly enough. I am truly disappointed, and I feel that they have lost a customer.
