The Space:

You step onto a quiet, tree‑lined street in College Park and feel the gentle Orlando breeze as sunlight filters through the canopy. Inside, natural light pours across a refreshed tiny home, inviting you to unwind after a day of city adventures. A private fenced backyard beckons for a relaxed dinner under string lights, while the open‑plan living area offers a calm space to recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a single bed that comfortably sleeps up to three guests. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for a restful night.



Bathroom & laundry

A renovated bathroom includes bathroom essentials and fresh towels. A free washer and dryer are located in‑unit, making longer stays convenient.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for cooking at home, with a coffee maker ready for morning brews. Bar‑height seating at the countertop provides a simple spot to dine, work, or plan the day ahead.



Living area

An airy living space connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area. Large windows fill the room with daylight, and air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable. A Smart TV with streaming services offers relaxed evenings indoors.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat. The patio is set up for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying Orlando’s mild weather during the day or quieter evenings under the string lights.

Nestled in College Park, the home is a short walk from Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and cultural spots such as the Science Center and Museum of Art. Theme parks—including Disney World and Universal Studios—are within an easy drive, while local restaurants, breweries, and neighborhood streets are just moments away.



Access & extras

You’ll enjoy a private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock, free on‑premises parking, and additional street parking. WiFi and a dedicated workspace in the common area support both work and leisure. The single‑level layout ensures easy movement throughout the space, making it ideal for a mix of business and vacation stays.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
