The property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World. Easy access to I-4 provides a direct route to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Public transportation is limited; a personal vehicle or rideshare service is recommended.

Optional Services:

Pool/Spa Heating: Available for $40/day (recommended Oct-May), applies for the entire stay to heat both the pool and spa. Note: spa heats to the same temperature as the pool, not a standalone hot tub.
Early Check-In (1:00 PM) / Late Check-Out (1:00 PM): May be available for a fee. Request in advance; availability confirmed within 72 hours of arrival/departure.

Smoking: Not Allowed anywhere on the property.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing.
Housekeeping: No required cleaning before departure, but excessive messes will incur an additional charge.

Community Access & Parking Rules
Champions Gate Resort is a secure, gated community that requires all guests to be registered before arrival.
• Only registered guests and vehicles will be allowed entry at the gate.
• Each registered guest may list one vehicle.
• Gate passes are non-transferable — they cannot be shared or used by other guests or vehicles.
• A maximum of six vehicles per home is allowed (excluding deliveries or rideshares).
• Unregistered or unauthorized vehicles will be turned away or towed by the HOA.
