The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as you gather around the dining table, planning the day’s adventures. In the evening, the flat‑screen TV glows while laughter echoes from the themed kids’ bedroom, where a ball pit and arcade game await. After a full day at the parks, you return to a home that feels both playful and comfortably grounded.



Sleeping arrangements

The house sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king size beds, walk‑in closets, and their own bathrooms, offering privacy for adults. The third bedroom is a children’s retreat with a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and a bathroom. Toys, costumes, a ball pit, a tent, books, and an arcade game turn the space into a lively play zone.



Living space

An open living and dining layout encourages everyone to gather. A comfortable sofa faces a flat‑screen TV, perfect for winding down with a movie or sharing stories of the day’s thrills. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace let you catch up on emails or plan the next outing, while a smart lock and private entrance streamline arrival and add a sense of ease.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the basics needed for home‑style meals. An adjoining dining area keeps conversation flowing as you enjoy breakfast, a quick snack, or a family dinner after a long day.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
