I stayed 3nights Pros: staffs were very nice, cats welcomed us lol, pretty simple good breakfast, superb, kind services A !! Near by restaurant and wendy's Cons: the requests were not met as I informed receptionist to provide daily housekeeping to my room, unit to be away from highway (extremely loud by racers as they woke me up when I only had 2-3 hrs of sleep barely), bottom mattress was stained badly and asked to be cleaned as I have allergy. Whether it was mold or dirt, not clean and safe. Overall, bc of kind staffs who try to work things out rather than complain, I would go back as fees were fairly good price Only for adults, not much for family as there isnt kiddie pool or much at hotel.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. The room cupboards were bare no utensils. There was a full size fridge with freezer and microwave. The ice machine was not working Overall the stay were ok since we stayed only two nights.

Propiedad en remodelación, bastante cómoda y cercana a los distintos lugares de interés (outlets y parques temáticos), muy seguro, amplio parqueo y habitaciones limpias. El único problema eran los ascensores, tenían la licencia vencida desde hace varios meses según indicaba un rótulo en el propio ascensor, lo cual generaba algún temor en nosotros.

Staff was friendly. Plenty parking. Does not offer rooms below the 4th floor. Did not like how the suite did not offer dishware or silverware or soup to clean. Did not like the wood floors leaving my feet dusted and black. Seemed they hadn’t been mopped in ages. The furniture in living room was so outdated looked dirty. The lighting was horrible. The rooms don’t provide much of it. The beds were super uncomfortable. The bathroom only has shower no tub so nowhere to place your shower soaps. Over all I will not be staying here again. Perfect place for those who don’t spend time in the room and only sleep there. If you don’t mind a hard bed.

Plenty of parking. Space outside was clean staff was friendly. Lounge area was pretty with piano. I stayed on the 4th floor where they told me they don’t book anything below 4th floor. Didn’t like that. I got the basic suite. Loved that it had fridge microwave and sink. Plenty cabinet space for groceries. Did not provide utensils or soup or sponge to clean nor do they provide any dishware. Didn’t like that. The floors were wood which I did not mind but my feet were dusty and turned black so the floors must have not been mopped in who knows how long. Gross!!! The living room furniture is so outdated looked dirty. The beds were SO uncomfortable. And the lighting needs to be updated. They don’t offer much lighting at all. Bathroom /closet area was oddly the most decent area in the whole place. Plenty closet space. Wish the bathroom had a door to it. It was only a sliding door that didn’t lock. Shower no tub, so nowhere to place your shower soaps. 👎 over all, I will not be staying here again. Perfect place for those who don’t stay in the room for long other then to sleep. And don’t mind an uncomfortable bed.

This place is nice and clean. And I love the way the explain to you. How to open the door by having a piece of door to show you at the front desk. And they have a good breakfast, also complementary water and ice. The cleanliness of the hotel with the beautiful lobby and a nice library room. Friendly staff. Waiter has a good Posture.

The facilities are old, and don’t look very appealing. Came around 12 am and had to wait to check in for almost 25 minutes, because the front desk person was not there at the time. Room was clean, but ac units were very noisy. Morning breakfast was good, as well as the service personnel that work there. That was definitely a plus. If you are in a budget and you just want a place to sleep for a few hours it’s great. It was ok for me, but it was a bit shocking when I got there. But as I just said, I just needed a place to rest after the parks. It is a good place just, a bit old.

Hotel look like it was in the process of updating. Room size was huge but cleanliness was not great. Next to highway so you could hear truck and loud cars driving by. The breakfast and service was great though.
