I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Summer Bay Resort and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained linens and dust throughout. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best, and several requests for basic items like clean towels and toiletries were either ignored or fulfilled hours later. The staff appeared overwhelmed and uninterested in resolving issues. Customer service felt dismissive, as if complaints were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Amenities advertised online were either closed, poorly maintained, or overcrowded, and the overall resort felt mismanaged. For the price, this stay was absolutely not worth it, and it fell far below the standard of what a resort experience should be. I regret choosing Summer Bay and would not return.

The bedrooms were very clean, with a little dust in the corners, but generally in good condition. The master bathroom faucet was old and worn out; it definitely needs some updates in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was very well managed and professional.
