Spa facilities are available at no extra cost, with the water temperature set to a maximum of 95°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which may be less effective during colder weather. Please note, we cannot offer refunds for any spa-related issues.

No Pets Allowed:
While we love animals, this property is not equipped to accommodate them.

Packages & Online Orders:
Please note that USPS treats vacation homes as non-residential addresses, so packages sent through USPS will be returned to the sender. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon deliveries will be accepted. However, we are not responsible for any delivery-related issues or complications with online orders.

No Smoking Indoors:
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property. Any signs of smoking will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
