Steps from clubhouse. "Be Our Guest" in Windsor Hills-pool heat

Extra bed is cot in Star Wars room (sleeps 7).

Pool heat included Oct-May. The pool will be heated up to 88 degrees per the contract. It is NOT a hot tub and will not be heated as such. The pool turns on at 8am and shuts off at 10pm. In colder temps, below 70s, it may take time for the heater to get all the way up to 88. 45 degrees and lower, it may struggle even more. It is a pool heater, not a spa heater, and heats differently. A pool heater struggles at lower temps because it's designed for warmer air, losing efficiency and sometimes shutting down as it can't overcome extreme heat loss, especially because it's a heat pump which needs warmer ambient air. We do not charge for pool heat. Because of this, if it is too cold or there is a malfunction, per the contract, you will not get a refund for pool heat as it’s complimentary.

Please note the main CLUBHOUSE waterpark will be closed Jan 5-Feb 18, 2026. The main pool will remain OPEN during this time. Our main splash pool is also open.

Five-seven days before arrival, the owner will ask for a drivers license and will send check-in instructions.

Keep in mind early check in cannot always be honored due to prior or coming in guests. However, you can always check in and use the main clubhouse pool and other amenities until the unit is ready, though in that case you may want extra towels.

The main clubhouse pool heats to 82 degrees at the clubhouse.

Please Note: The Windsor Hills Resort splash pad and waterslides are scheduled for refurbishment from January 5 through February 13, 2026 and will be closed during this timeframe. The resort pool, hot tub and all other facilities remain open.

Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

We have provided both hydrogen peroxide and multipurpose cleaning solutions for guests under kitchen sink to use. These cannot be removed from the property. We have also added blink cameras to the front and back doors as part of our remote check-in and for security. We hope to see you soon. Our family loves this place so much and we hope you do too.

By booking, you agree to the short term lease agreement attached. This protects both of us.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. These only face away from the house over the pool heater behind house and looking out towards the driveway.

Be Our Guest is a beautiful 3 bedroom vacation townhome, owned by a family, which can accommodate up to 7 guests (2 queens, 2 twins and a cot) and is located within the wonderful Windsor Hills resort community. This townhouse is less than 3 miles to theme parks and all the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida!

Take a dip in the private plunge pool. This home has private themed bedrooms and spacious living areas that will help you de-stress and enjoy your magical vacation.

Your stay includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Anything over this is the guests responsibility. We do not include paper towels. We cannot also have spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has additional items for purchase.
