I stayed here a 2nd time because I knew the room was big enough for 5 of us. The continental breakfast is decent. We tried to take the shuttle home from universal but couldn't find the location. They need to update with better directions! The room was clean, however the bathroom with the toilet, the soap bar just slides off the sink. It needs a soap holder. They only put a wash cloth in there to dry your hands with. There is no full length mirror which I don't like. They need more towels hooks. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. None of these are deal breakers and I would probably stay there again.

As wherein normally other hotels would avail their guests coffee 24 hours or fresh iced citrus fruit or even plain iced water by the main lobby, disappointed that this was not available Front desk, receptionist, Nick was exceptionally very welcoming and hospitable. Service with a smile Answered all our questions and offered suggestions for visiting places of interest All areas of the hotel was well kept and very clean. The pool & jacuzzi was very inviting & fitness room was also well kept It was also convenient to have shuttle service to nearby park attractions

I’d like to start with the front desk experience. There was a staff member, Ashley or Morgan, who wore a face mask and had quite an attitude. She spoke extremely fast and provided no details whatsoever about the amenities—definitely not the level of service one would expect from a Marriott-managed hotel. Moving on to breakfast, it was simple but convenient, with a selection of eggs, water, juices, bread, sausages, potatoes, and coffee. Overall, it was decent. As for the room, I stayed in 1208. It was very clean and well-maintained, but a few things were not functioning properly. The bathroom door lock didn’t work correctly, which was frustrating. Speaking of the bathroom setup—it was quite odd. I was traveling with four other people, and the photos never indicated that the toilet was in a separate, enclosed space outside the main bathroom area. This layout felt unusual, especially for a hotel in the U.S. Additionally, the bathroom mirror was broken, though aside from that, the space was clean and well-kept. On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. Since we spent our days visiting the parks, our room would get messy, but the housekeeper did an amazing job tidying up, making the beds, and ensuring everything was spotless. One downside worth mentioning is the parking fee—$20 plus tax—which I was aware of before my stay but still found unreasonable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, primarily due to the poor front desk service. There are far better options...

Roller coaster view

The A/C unit was unbelievably loud, like the fan was bent. Thankfully it was cool outside so I didn’t need to use it. It was right across from Seaworld so when the roller coaster took off you could hear people screaming, but only when outside.

Disappointing Stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld My stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld was underwhelming. While the location is convenient for visiting SeaWorld, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The room felt dated, and the cleanliness could have been better. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom needed more attention. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows were too flat for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was another disappointment—limited options, and the area was overcrowded and poorly stocked. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive to guest needs. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it to others.
