Our Orlando Trip

This place is exactly as listed. It’s located close to everything . Checking in was very simple and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and just like the pictures. We had an amazing time.

But I noticed bugs in my room and couldn't get over the smell of the carpet, smells old... But I will say the beds are very comfortable.

While the listing said the room provided may not be the actual room as pictured, the couch and other furniture could use updating. The overall feel wasn’t quite as fresh and crisp as what the pictures seemed to depict. Check in process was fine and overall a good trip and not a bad value for the money.

Amazing location

We stayed for Cheer Summit and the location was so easy to get in and out of and very close to everything we needed to get to. Desk staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Okay experience

Overall the experience was okay. A little disappointed because my husband and I looked for a hotel with a breakfast bar to save money. The bar was closed due to covid even though their pool was open. Only items offered in the morning was orange juice, a pastry, and a fruit cup. Not something for picky kids.

Convenient Location

Price was outstanding, which was our main criteria. Room was clean. Bed (nearest window) had a sag in the center. Sofa cushions need to be replaced (ZERO support). Kitchen was clean and had necessities. Pool was nice, average. Nothing spectacular. Staff was outstanding.
