Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The main living area brings the group together with comfortable seating, a TV, and a natural flow through to the kitchen and backyard. The single-level layout keeps everything connected and easy to navigate - no stairs, no separate wings, just one open home that works for families with little ones and groups of all ages. A dedicated workspace and wifi are on hand for anyone who needs to stay plugged in between theme park days.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, each with its own TV and ceiling fan. The king master suite includes a private bathroom and direct pool access. A second bedroom features a king bed, the third is fitted with a queen, and the fourth - a themed bedroom designed with younger guests in mind - has two twin beds. All bedrooms include room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles groups without breaking a sweat. It comes stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are included. The outdoor BBQ grill is ready when you'd rather eat outside, and the dining table brings everyone together for meals. Breakfast is provided to get each day off to a smooth start.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centres around an inground pool, surrounded by outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. The BBQ grill makes al fresco meals easy. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Bikes are available for getting around locally, and lake access is available via a nearby path - a quieter alternative when you want a break from the parks.

Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a dedicated game room loaded with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. Rainy afternoon or late-night wind-down, there's something in here for everyone - no need to leave the property.

Family-friendly features
Families are well looked after throughout. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all available. An indoor children's playroom and an outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces, and the themed bedroom adds a fun touch for the kids. Babysitter recommendations can also be provided.

Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are all provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.

Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly and guests have access to nearby resort facilities. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost, long-term stays are welcome, and a private entrance keeps arrivals easy.


Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
