Please note if you are being billed directly, the host, Fairytale Vacation Rentals, require photo ID and a copy of the credit card to verify all credit card transactions and will charge a 4% credit card processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, we also offer other methods of payments as well ( eg. checks, Zelle, ACH and wire bank transfers).


OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -
1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway only. Street parking not allowed. Towed at owner's expense. This is a hard rule of community. No garage access to guests.
