Really enjoyed staying at this property in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was a beautiful room and had everything we needed. The entire property was wonderful and it was reasonably priced. Will stay there again!

NIce resort with many amenities

We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues. There was a water leak in the kitchen when we entered and the dishwasher didn't work. However, they were very responsive and resolved the issues.

Owner straight out lied to me

This owner lied to me about a balcony. I specifically asked if there was a balcony 3 times, and the owner assured me there would be a balcony. That’s the only reason I booked with this person. Guess what?! Upon arrival I was informed that no 1 bedroom has a balcony and that all owners should know that. I requested a partial refund due to false advertising and the owner stopped responding to me. Very unhappy and will never rent from this liar again. I’ve stayed here for 6 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. Be careful as you don’t know what you’re actually booking, and clearly won’t get a refund for false advertising.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was fairly clean. We did notice that the dining room table and coffee table had not been wiped down and were greasy. The kitchen although limited had almost everything you needed, just missing a mixing bowl and scissors. No towel hooks in the bathroom to put your towel while in shower, and only one on the door (across the room from shower) to hang wet towels on. Would also be nice to have hooks by front door for jackets and purses. Overall it is a great stay!

Close to Animal Kingdom

Great place. Clean and spacious. Walmart nearby. Disney desk for ticket arrangements in lobby. Was contacted about interest in timeshare presentation in exchange for Disney tickets or cash, but the caller was not pushy when I indicated I was not interested. Unfortunately for unknown reasons I was docked $14.13 after my express checkout (did not stop at the front desk). The credit card charge gives a website link that is inactive and a phone number that goes nowhere. Small but important: despite being told at check-in that there would be common items in the kitchen such as salt and pepper, the cupboards were bare other than the dishes, sponge, dish soap, and paper towels. Also at check-in I was not told that housekeeping would be by while we were at the park. I didn't mind, but would have like to have known. Definitely do an in-person check-out at the front desk, and bring your own "food accessories", coffee filters and such. All in all I would stay here again.
