I liked the feel and privacy of this property. So many food choices and not far at all from Disney. Love the fact that they have a option to take a shuttle. Overall, for the price this place was well worth it!

The grab n go breakfast is terrible. It’s like getting food at a gas station. Our shower handle came off. They did come right up and put a new one one. But it kept going around to get it warmer and it dripped. The comfort bar was good and the outside was nice. We were woken up at 4 am. Y a woman screaming in the parking lot. She was running around with her two dogs. Security was there but there wasn’t much he could do.

Probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. They have sliding doors covering the bathroom area so you can have the light on and not disturb others in the room. Very convenient to Disney Springs. Use the Lime parking lot. There are restaurants nearby. Check in was easy. We are already planning another trip to the area and will be staying at the Rosen!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Very close to the different attractions. They offer shuttle buses to the different parks but the hours were odd so I didn't end up using it and took Uber instead. Overall was a good place and would stay again if in the area.

The property is older but it has been well maintained. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The area in and around the hotel felt safe . There were lots of dining options near by. This hotel is perfect for a Disney trip . Never took us more than 10 minutes to get to and from the park . My only regret is we did not have time to use the pool….the pool areas looked fantastic!!! If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be the shower water temp . It was just “warm” other than that no other complaints.

The staff is always wonderful, and the rooms have always been perfect. Love the pools and that they have towels so that’s less to carry/pack. Also, A hidden gem is their breakfast buffet, they have a diy Mickey and Minnie waffle bar.
