Excellent hotel well suited for business clients. Shuttle to airport. No complimentary breakfast or fruit. Nightly charge for parking. However, the rating is average because we had a room facing the very busy highway with noise all night. Ask for a room away from the noise and enjoy a better stay.

Easy, inexpensive hotel close to Disney. We were visiting Orlando for a day before traveling north to Daytona. This was the perfect hotel as we arrived late after being at the park all day, late check in was a breeze and left early the next morning. We did not use the amenities, just wanted a clean, close place to sleep. Very close to Magic Kingdom and was a older hotel, with doors facing the parking lot, but was easy place to just sleep for the night. I was traveling with my husband and 2 teens.

Our room was decent however it did look like it hadn’t been clean in a while except for the sheets. Also do not like their park shuttle schedule. Only takes you to Hollywood studios and Epcot(for Disney parks)

My wife and I stayed three nights at The Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista mainly because we wanted to be close to Disney Springs. We had a ground floor room facing the parking lot. The room was a bit dated. The table lamp on the desk area next to the TV did not work or have power to the outlets on it. The outside of the room has two way glass so you can have the drapes open but no one can see inside. The best part of this hotel are the grounds which are meticulously taken care of. The pool area is very nice with a spark park for kids. Security is also a plus as every car going into the property is checked by a security guard. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast buffet. There is a store next to the restaurant where you can purchase items you may have forgotten as well as coffee and snacks. There is also a nice sitting area by the fountain. All in all a nice place to stay with just an OK room. I am sure the rooms with a better view other than the parking lot are much better.
