The property is nice if you are looking to stay some where if you are attending a convention or some sort. There is one pool but at the pool bar you have to pay automatic gratuity for everything you order. It’s okay for children only one arcade room with 4 games and all the “restaurants” serve the same food mainly chicken tenders and fries which is ridiculous, there is no restaurants or food open late expect self serve and the prices are ridiculous, $6 for a Pepsi is insane parking is $40 a night and also they do charge a hold fee of $100 per day which does not state anywhere plus resort fees overall SeaWorld was nice but I wil not stay here again 4/10

Amazing Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Amazing lobby area with plenty of places to eat, lounge and enjoy amenities. Kids loved the pool and all the games on premises. Room service food was also top notch. Close to airport and is also a cheap Uber ride to Disney

I had an awesome time staying here but there are a few things that made this a 4 star and not a 5 star. 1.) $40 to park at the hotel DAILY, this wasn’t disclosed until I got there. 2.) the rooms and bathrooms could be remodeled and given more attention when being cleaned. 3.) There are very little accommodations, not even a water bottle in your room. I would definitely return here but I think those 3 points if changed, would improve a guest’s experience.
