Centrally located to everything, price was very reasonable, staff was very kind and friendly us, free breakfast, and they stored our luggage since our check-in wasn't until later in the afternoon. I give it a 4.5: It rained while we were there, so it had a weird smell when you walked into the room, but the beds were comfy. Worth the price compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was clean, however the bathroom and shower were ery old and outdated, definitely needed some work, the amenities such as toiletries and extras un the room wasnt much but they were available they could probably benefit from the bulk pumps placed in the shower. Otherwise the location and property was good

The pictures are deceiving... it's not a resort or suites or as nice as in the pictures , however it's not bad.. mostly motel vibes but decent conditions ... good for like a couple nights ....

This property was a great place to stay, all parks were just a min away. My only complaint was the keys!!. Sometimes they would work and others no, otherwise I would definitely come back!!!

We only stayed 1 night but we had stayed in the area before. This hotel was really nice and will consider coming back. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Working tv and fridge in the room (no microwave but there is one available on the first floor). Breakfast had a range of food. We didn't get to use the pool but it looks very well kept with towels available on the chairs. The lobby area was nice and very welcoming. Decorated with Christmas and modern furniture. Staff was professional and made our stayed worthwhile.

Overall, it was a nice stay, but there were a few things to note. The good: The room was extremely clean, and housekeeping came by daily. I’m a neat freak and inspected every part of the room, no bugs, dirt, or anything concerning. The A/C worked great, and there were some thoughtful amenities. I really appreciated the makeup remover wipes, and we were given plenty of towels. The shower pressure and hot water were amazing. The not-so-good: The exterior of the hotel looks a little more run down than the photos, and some balconies seem to sag. There’s also a $100 service fee, which is standard, but the front desk lady was a bit rude when I asked for more details. I was just trying to understand the policy and how to avoid unexpected charges, but it felt like they didn’t want to explain anything. So definitely read the fine print and take photos of anything you sign. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast rules. You’re not allowed to bring food back to your room, and you can only visit the breakfast area once. I get that they’re trying to prevent people from taking too much food, but with the limited seating, it was frustrating to be squeezed in with everyone else. Overall: Despite the issues, it was still a good experience and I would stay again.
