Second time staying here and it was great. Pool is great and the activity center is a huge plus for the kids due to the inclement weather during our visit. Food was waayy better than our last visit and you can’t go wrong with the spacious living space.

This was a very nice hotel that felt a bit exclusive, without the exclusive price tag, at least not through expedia. I've stayed in many Orlando metro area hotels at this point and this is in my top three. Everyone I spoke to on the staff were friendly and accomodating. And the room was very clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the freestanding tub was maybe the nicest i've seen in a chain hotel. The room felt like a nice apartment and the balcony overlooking the pool area and beyond was a nice touch. The grounds are lovely with lots of tall palms. And there are plenty of great food options within close proximity of the hotel. It didn't feel as remote and removed as some of the other area hotels feel, but it still felt peaceful and secluded somehow, even in the midst of it all. The only small drawback was the wait at check-in for my room to be ready, tho it was a half an hr past check-in start time. But it was likely just a busy day.

Great location for all parks, very easy free parking, great market shop and suite was spacious and clean. Shower and taps didn’t have much cold water even cold taps were hot. Still 10/10!
