Our newly renovated duplex home is stylish and well-appointed with everything you need for a getaway or a longer visit. The large and modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig and french press. We have furnished and outfitted the home with things that are both beautiful and functional. Sofas have washable slipcovers - go ahead and put your feet up. A relaxing screened-in porch off of both bedrooms is a lovely spot for morning coffee. The large fenced backyard is perfect for outdoor living. Grill and dine in under the stars!

A contemporary design with warm touches creates an inviting and relaxing home-base for exploring Winter Park, College Park or Rollins College. Minutes to downtown Winter Park and all of the shopping and dining of Park Avenue. Ten minutes to hospital complex and less than fifteen minutes to downtown Orlando.
