When we arrived to the room it was not clean. There was hair from a previous guest in the bathroom in the shower and all over the floor. It was disgusting and we had to clean the bathroom ourselves before we could even use it. It was that disgusting. And then on top of the horrible condition of the room, you have to pay $18 dollars a day to park at the hotel or else you get towed. I would never stay in à la Quinta again or recommend to anyone/

I feel bad for the staff at this hotel. They are friendly and trying to do their best in spite of the conditions of the property. This place is OLD. The walls are crumbling (literally), the internet barely works, the breakfast is sub par, and even the locks on the doors barely work. When I checked in the machine was down, so the attendant in the lobby had to use her masterkey to let people into their rooms... ONE BY ONE... DO NOT STAY HERE!!

None of the elevators worked all side doors except the main entrance would not work with the key card no one available at front desk for 20 minutes when first ariving 18 dollar a day parking fee and breakfast was not good

Breakfast and housekeeping service were Good; no complains. The hotel needs some maintenance but it is functional. This is a pet friendly hotel; so my bad not checking in advanced since myself and son We suffer of allergies. Good value for the price; I dont give 4 stars or beyond because, even when they recently installed new carpets; the walls, lamps, elevator, etc; still need some maintenance.

Hotel was rated a 4 star, however when we got there on elevator wasn’t working, the hotel smelled musty, there was hair on the towel which indicated it wasn’t cleaned property, the toilet seat had a weird stain on it and the shower drain was all rusted and disgusting please save your money and stay somewhere else

Very clean comfortable. Staff was helpful. Only one functional elevator that was very slow, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and stores which was nice!
