The property itself is not bad and the staff is friendly too. However, why nobody in the review mentioned how terribly noisy that place is? It's literally next to a major road, and the noise level is absolutely unbearable! I slept less than 2 hours in the first night of stay and felt like I was sleeping right on the highway -- I'm not a light sleeper but that noise level is way beyond what I can stand for. Will never stay in this hotel again!

My kids & I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I will definitely be returning. Staff was so pleasant and welcoming and attended to us for all our needs. Pool area was clean and up to date, hotel itself was walking distance to plenty of restaurants/stores. We even talked to ICON Park from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay

Ok for price and short trip

Went for an overnight trip. The room was a good size, however, the bathroom was pretty small. The main issue was the highway behind the hotel was very noisy and cars could be heard from inside the room.

It’s a budget friendly hotel with lots of walking options. They offer a free shuttle bus to the parks which was convenient. The rooms and amenities could use some upgrades. Not very quiet as you could hear people from the other rooms

Great value , fantastic staff.

The staff at the hotel were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Hotel was in a great location for International drive and Universal Studios. You can easily walk to Universal Studios within 20 mins or get free shuttle. We used free shuttle to the Dockside/Surfside hotels too as they are nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was good, extra charge applies. Lots of choice and nice food and staff. Only complaint was all the plates etc are plastic and only used once and thrown away. The pool area was a bonus and the laundry facilities came in useful too. The room was OK, clean and good bathroom. However, was a little noisy as very close to the highway. And the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, a great, friendly hotel for a few nights in Orlando. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was a corner unit located right next to the pool. It appeared clean and had no unpleasant odors. However, I should mention that I expected "newly renovated" to mean everything was brand new—including the mattresses. The mattress in my room had a noticeable dip in the middle. It wasn’t a major issue for me, as I only needed the room for one night. I did have a slight concern about the towels provided. Some of them had dingy spots, including one of the washcloths. Rather than make a formal complaint, I simply went to the front desk and asked for a fresh set. The agent there was helpful and promptly provided replacements. This hotel was extremely budget-friendly, especially considering I booked it at the last minute. Check-in was smooth—I wasn’t required to pay a deposit for incidentals. They only swiped my card to keep it on file in case any issues arose. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They even offered great suggestions for dinner. The next morning, the hotel served a hot breakfast for just $11.00, which I found to be quite reasonable.

We have stayed here a few times and the biggest issues is the parking. There is not enough parking. If you come back to your room late at night you are having to park somewhere that isn’t an actual parking spot. The sink in our room was clogged so draining was a slow and the water pressure in our shower was terrible.

Over all this is a very basic hotel that satisfies all your basic needs. The rooms are clean the bed comfortable. Considering that you will spend the bulk of your time at a park and not in a room what more do you need. The $11.00 breakfast is both good and reasonable if your on a budget.
