Muito bom hotel, meu quarto tinha cozinha, excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Café da manhã do hotel bom. Fica a 15-20 minutos de carros dos parques da disney e da universal e do lado do seaworld, proximo tambem de um walmart. Gostei muito e na próxima viagem pretendo me hospedar novamente nele.

The room was nice and in great condition. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent, however I chose this hotel because it met my requirements for sleeping arrangements and offered a free shuttle to universal however upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle only went to universal studios one time during the day and came back one time… the arrival time at the park would have put us there theee hours before they opened and we would have had to leave the parks three hours before they closed. Had I known this I would have chose a different hotel because I ended up having only for parking at Universal Studios every day. Also they only clean your room every other day and that also wasn’t advertised so the first night we came home from the parks tired and wanting a shower we had no towels. I did call down and they brought some up. The next day we slept in and when we left I called housekeeping to make sure they would come and clean our room and they said they would, however once again when we got home from the parks, tired and needing a shower, they had not been there and we had overflowing trash and no towels. It was a little frustrating.

We were there with our whole family and our child. We really liked the rooms; they were clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. The food was also good, and our child especially liked the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles.

The breakfast was okay but I would have Liked mushroom and beans added also the picture displayed for breakfast is deceiving as there was no fresh fruit or croissants For service I asked for extra blankets and was told only 1 per room when there was as 5 of us so I used the heater and only 1 worked out of 3 I didn’t like I couldn’t use cash for accidentals as I’m only in the room for a few days as I don’t reside in the USA It is point less and pointless I get charged for using my card abroad I would have preferred cash it is still legal tender

Good hotel overall! Loved the breakfast, lots of variety on the menu. I stayed here multiple days and ate something different each day, which I appreciated. Staff was polite and helpful, from front desk to breakfast attendants. Lobby/breakfast area/rooms were clean, no issues. Also, when I asked front desk to refill the body wash in our hotel room, they came by to help within 10 minutes. Really appreciated the staff here! Would recommend.

The staff are amazing. The downstairs area of the hotel is beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the quality of breakfast, and items that were served. The sausages were a little spicy, the eggs were ok, the breakfast fries were disgusting. My room was clean and huge, however the beds did not have the Hilton quality that I'm use to. The shower water felt like I was taking a shower at home and not a Hilton hotel. The water in the bathroom sink area did not go from cold to hot, just cool and warm, and it there didn't seem to be enough force. The gym doesn't have abdominal workout equipment. I would stay here again but not in the same room.

We stayed for 2 weeks The suite was comfortable & spacious. The staff were all friendly. We did have issues. The room safe did not work. After reporting several times it took from when we arrived Wednesday until Sunday when they replaced it. We also asked to move rooms as ours was very dark & did not get any sun. We asked on arrival but were told to try after the weekend. We then tried after the weekend & were told it was not possible. A young receptionist did however let us move rooms on the Tuesday. The staff were all friendly but I think it was a communication issue as one lady had difficulty understanding us. During our 2nd week breakfast items kept running out. There was no cereal, milk muffins/pastries at all & some days no bread. The various juices were not available though they did put out some alternatives. Overall a nice hotel to stay in but it did highlight when things went wrong they were not resolved quickly. I have not marked the hotel down on these issues as they probably would not all happen again, but it does highlight when things go wrong they were not resolved quickly. The young girl with glasses on reception was very helpful & a credit to you but as I stated previously it just seemed to be a language problem with the other lady who was very polite.

The hotel was good, clean and the room is comfortable. The only think I was very disappointed was the parking. They don’t said anything about he the parking price. When you check in is when they give you a ticket to register your car. Then is a surprise. 32 dollares per car per day. We stay 5 days and have to paid 144 dollares, they said is because the hotel is close to parks, but do not make any sense, since the hotel price is already charging for the location and they do not offer any shutters to the parks. When we also have to paid parking at the park. For me do not make any sense, and they do not said anything before you book the hotel. Is just a bad surprise when you check in. Be aware about the parking charge before book with this hotel. Have a bunt other options close by, offering cheap parking or free parking. And also offering shutter to the parks.
